Gross Olde Timey Food is Gross

I have 2 upcoming craft fairs this month and I'm trying to do something ridiculous for both of them- sew 500 wallets in 17 days while still going to band practice, work at my day job, remember to feed the fish, and see some sunlight in the meantime.

Here's a "before" photo of the six I sewed before work today (eff you, blogger, for not letting me rotate this):

-Stay Slim the Hollywood Way by eating diet bread and not exercising
-St. Francis Theater and the Warfield used to have plays
-Mediocrity makes a difference in pickles
-5 cent ice cream cones from Merrill's
-TANG used to be a SPAM-like product
-Groceries were charged in 1/2c increments

Urban Bazaar opens today

Urban Bazaar, (9th and Judah, San Francisco, CA) a Fair Trade and locally handcrafted gifts shop in the Inner Sunset, opens today at 11am (open till 7pm).

I'm so happy that they're carrying my wallets- narwhallets, amp wallets, map wallets, airplane safety card wallets, and SF newspaper wallets.

Well, hello there blog readers!

Lots of productivity this week!

Yesterday, I scooted over and dropped off 31 wallets at Urban Bazaar- a brand new women-owned and operated store in San Francisco's Inner Sunset (1371 9th Ave). Here's their Facebook page for more info: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Urban-Bazaar/112855868760120?v=info
Here's a preview of what's at Urban Bazaar

I also started a website: http://heathered.weebly.com/index.html I'm still adding to it right now so look for new how-to videos and better photos (better than my iPhone ones). Weebly was pretty straight forward and easy to set up. It only took about 30 mins to get the basics published.
